Event Coordinator - $18 to $25 per HOUR

The role of Events Coordinator at Life Time is integral to the success of both the Events and Corporate Communications teams and the adult sports programming segment. This position involves providing logistical and tactical support to ensure all club events and adult sport programs, such as squash, racquetball, pickleball, and UHoops, run smoothly, efficiently, and align with the company’s mission and vision. The Events Coordinator will work closely with both internal teams and external vendors to coordinate event logistics, manage marketing campaigns, engage with members, and contribute positively to member retention by creating outstanding experiences. This is a dynamic role meant to create vibrant, engaging club events that foster community connection and promote active lifestyles among club members. The position emphasizes exceptional communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail, making sure every event produces measurable results and enhances overall club member satisfaction. • High school diploma or GED
• 1 to 2 years of experience coordinating corporate or retail event programs
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• CPR and AED certified
• Ability to travel as required
