This role demands physical endurance as shifts may last up to 12 hours during single days, and weekend tournaments can accumulate over 30 hours of work. It is essential to be prepared to stand on your feet for extended periods and lift heavy equipment throughout the workday. Your responsibilities will include receiving, tracking, and handling all event equipment such as camera gear and marketing assets. You will set up BallerTV's streaming system at each court or field, ensuring all filming equipment is positioned strategically to capture the game efficiently. You must move safely, work efficiently, and operate with a sense of urgency to keep the event on schedule. During the games, you will monitor the streams closely to ensure consistency and troubleshoot any technical issues immediately to avoid disruptions. Communication with the BallerTV team during the event is vital, and a professional demeanor is expected at all times.
