The Event Concierge role at Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is a vital position that acts as the liaison between the Event Sales or Event Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contacts. The Event Concierge must have a comprehensive understanding of the hotel's meeting facilities, group dynamics, and detailed event specifics to ensure seamless event execution. This position requires a person who is attentive to detail, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of event guests and organizers. • Ability to stand for long periods
