• Must be of legal age to sell and/or serve alcohol per state and/or local laws
• degree in Business and/or equivalent
• two years management or supervisory experience
• experience in restaurant or VIP/luxury theatre concept
• experience in high volume hospitality environment
• completed or in process of completing the management certification program
• SDS trained
• obtained food handlers card where applicable
• obtained ServSafe Food Manager Certification
• ability to perform essential physical duties including standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 60 lbs, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling
• ability to work quickly and under pressure
• compliance with all federal and state laws regarding breaks and meal periods
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• legal completion of required state or local training for alcohol service
• ability to read and understand training materials on sexual harassment and discrimination
