- Must be of legal age to sell and/or serve alcohol per state and/or local laws
- degree in Business and/or equivalent
- two years management or supervisory experience
- experience in restaurant or VIP/luxury theatre concept
- experience in high volume hospitality environment
- completed or in process of completing the management certification program
- SDS trained
- obtained food handlers card where applicable
- obtained ServSafe Food Manager Certification
- ability to perform essential physical duties including standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 60 lbs, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling
- ability to work quickly and under pressure
- compliance with all federal and state laws regarding breaks and meal periods
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- legal completion of required state or local training for alcohol service
- ability to read and understand training materials on sexual harassment and discrimination
