The role of Manager at Jersey Mikes is integral to the success of each individual restaurant unit. Serving as coach, mentor, and leader, managers are responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer satisfaction through quality products and service. This full management position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $23.75, with additional earning potential through biweekly bonuses based on customer tips and quarterly performance bonuses that can bring the total annual compensation to an average of $60,000 or more. Managers are entrusted with the responsibility of developing business plans, analyzing performance metrics, managing labor costs, and implementing marketing strategies to maximize sales. Beyond operational duties, they play a crucial role in recruiting, training, and mentoring team members, fostering a positive culture, and upholding compliance with health, safety, and legal standards.
