This manager is expected to demonstrate flexibility to adjust quickly during periods of last-minute requests and operational needs, maintaining a strong focus on meeting program goals while executing leadership directives effectively. • Possession of a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency or a high school proficiency certificate
• Five years of experience in the environmental services division of a hospital, rehabilitation center, military or similar institution
• Two years of supervisory experience in environmental services
• Ability to adjust quickly during periods of last-minute requests and operational needs
• Ability to manage program goals and execute leadership directives
• Demonstrate high ethics, integrity, and credibility
• Hold self and others accountable for timely, cost-effective results
• Ability to analyze and prioritize varying situations during work
• Successful completion of 60 semester or 90-quarter units or CHESP certification can substitute for one year of experience
