The role available is a vital Traffic Manager position within LVMH Beauty's North America logistics operations. This position is primarily responsible for overseeing all outbound shipments, ensuring they meet customer requirements and adhere to LVMH's high service standards. The Traffic Manager supervises a team of 12-15 domestic and international Traffic Clerks and manages all aspects of international freight to guarantee timely, compliant delivery. In this dynamic role, the Traffic Manager is accountable for coordinating routing prior to cancellation deadlines, ensuring that all necessary international shipping documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant certifications such as IATA/ICAO, DOT 49 CFR, and International Maritime Dangerous Goods. The role demands acute attention to customer Vendor Compliance Guidelines to minimize chargebacks and non-compliance penalties. This includes anticipating potential areas of risk, formulating corrective action plans, and maintaining direct communication with freight carriers, customers, and internal teams to consolidate operational efficiency and dispute resolution. Being part of LVMH Beauty entails operating in a fast-paced distribution center, requiring robust organizational ability and proficiency in logistics software systems including PKMS and SAP. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of traffic management experience with exposure to major retailers, strong familiarity with retail routing guides in the luxury industry, and fluency in English, with Spanish language skills considered an asset. Moreover, the role involves working under fast operational tempos, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance in all freight and shipping functions. • College degree or equivalent
• 2-5 years of traffic experience shipping to major retailers

• 1-3 years experience working with freight forwarders
• English fluency

• ability to recognize and anticipate areas of noncompliance
