The position requires an individual capable of working efficiently and independently while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Key responsibilities include regular operation and cleaning of kitchen equipment, timely preparation of proper food portions in line with USDA guidelines, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods. The staff member must also be prepared to accept assignments at any campus location to support the program's needs. A food handler's certificate is mandatory, reflecting the role's emphasis on food safety and sanitation. • six months experience in volume food preparation or ability to learn on the job
