  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Five or more years of management experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
  • Three or more years of consistent achievement of distinguished business results as a Restaurant Manager preferred
  • Demonstrated excellence in service and culinary manager roles
  • Proven leadership and record of success as a casual dining/full service Restaurant Manager for external candidates
  • ServSafe and local or state regulatory certificates or ability to obtain
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English communication
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
