The company is currently seeking an Airborne Launch Control System (ALCS) Instructor/Evaluator to support the 95th Wing at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. This full-time, on-site position involves providing qualification and continuation training as an instructor and evaluator within the Airborne Procedures Trainer. The role supports the Government in developing, refining, and improving both initial and ongoing training for the ALCS and the Secondary Launch Platform – Airborne (SLP-A). The ALCS is a critical weapon system that ensures command and control over 450 intercontinental ballistic missiles, acting as a secondary launch platform for the President of the United States in emergency scenarios. 
In this role, the instructor/evaluator will be intimately involved in the operational aspects of the ALCS, including conducting training on startup procedures, weapon system safety rules, emergency response events, and troubleshooting. Additionally, the position requires active participation in test and evaluation support services, with approximately 15 to 25 percent travel to various locations as directed. The incumbent will also provide acquisition support and assist in technical order development, modification training, and mission assurance efforts for seamless weapon system sustainment and modernization. 
This is a highly specialized position requiring a minimum of four years of E-6B flight experience as an ALCS Operator-Instructor and a bachelor's degree. A current TS/SCI security clearance is mandatory, and candidates must be U.S. citizens. The role commands a trusted position requiring the individual to work closely with government personnel to identify system shortfalls, support funding decisions, and contribute to long-term training strategy development.
