The role on offer is that of a Duty Maintenance Manager, based in San Francisco, California (SFO). This position is permanent full-time with a competitive salary range of $101,000 to $107,000 plus a technical management allowance. As the Duty Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the management of station or shift operations within your region, ensuring the smooth running of technical and line maintenance in accordance with company standards and aviation regulatory requirements. This vital leadership role involves managing both manned and agency teams to meet key performance indicators related to quality, cost efficiency, delivery timelines, and workforce engagement. The Duty Maintenance Manager is also responsible for driving cultural and behavioral changes aligned with British Airways' corporate values, supporting the airline’s vision to lead as a global premium brand. You will spearhead cross-regional projects that further line maintenance objectives worldwide, develop strong partnerships with third-party providers and internal customers to enhance revenue streams, and ensure the station operates in full compliance with international regulations including EASA, CAA, and FAA standards.
