Lexima is currently seeking a seasoned and dynamic Dual General Manager to oversee the daily operations of two select-service hotels located in Wichita, KS — Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites. This exciting leadership role demands a strategic and hands-on manager who can seamlessly manage multiple properties while delivering outstanding guest satisfaction and ensuring both hotels meet and exceed their financial objectives. The Dual General Manager will serve as the face of both hotels within the community and internally, exemplifying professionalism and adherence to brand standards. The role involves developing and executing short- and long-term operating plans that align with the company’s fiscal goals, maintaining an inviting and safe environment, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high employee engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with brand revenue management teams to maximize revenue and with sales teams to drive local account growth. In addition to overseeing daily operations, the Dual General Manager will be responsible for staff recruitment, training, and motivation, ensuring optimum staffing levels and a positive workplace atmosphere. Flexibility in work hours is required to accommodate the dynamic nature of hotel management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel management, excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous general manager experience preferred
• 2-5 years as assistant general manager or other hotel management role required
• Knowledge of computer software applications
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule
