• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work well under pressure
• Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient with Windows and company software
• Valid driver’s license
• Willing to work varied schedules including nights and weekends
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
• Must meet legal age requirements for beverage service at select properties
