The role of DTC Sales Specialist within the Wine & Spirits Division is a pivotal position focused on executing direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand events and campaigns. This full-time position is based in New York, New York, with a competitive salary range between $77,100 and $113,300 depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic factors. The DTC Sales Specialist will concentrate on managing relationships with high-net-worth clientele, cultivating personalized engagements, tailored product offerings, and exceptional customer experiences to increase direct sales. This role demands entrepreneurial energy to enhance brand visibility through strategic event planning and execution while integrating the DTC efforts into broader brand experience initiatives.
The DTC Sales Specialist is responsible for owning the sales performance within their assigned regions and brands, ensuring accountability in relationship management and revenue growth. The role involves developing scalable event strategies that align with the company’s premium brand positioning and leveraging collaborations with luxury partners to amplify reach and sales impact.
