We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Desk professional to join our fast-growing team. This full-time, hourly position plays a crucial role in providing an exceptional first impression for patients. The ideal candidate will be an organized, friendly, and professional individual who can efficiently manage front desk operations including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing phone communications, and assisting with insurance and billing inquiries. By taking on this role, you will be the welcoming face and central point of contact for patients and staff alike, contributing significantly to the smooth functioning of the dental office.
The Front Desk position offers competitive compensation with an hourly rate ranging from $19.00 to $25.00, based on qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package. As the Front Desk receptionist, your responsibilities will include daily insurance verifications, greeting and assisting patients by name, managing phone calls with a warm and professional manner, and confirming upcoming appointments to reduce no-shows. You will also assist patients with billing questions and submit insurance claims with the appropriate documentation. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and confidence with both patients and co-workers. - High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in a dental office or related customer service role
- Strong organizational skills
