We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Valet/Driver to join our team in a part-time capacity, working weekends only. This role offers $15.50+ per hour and is perfect for those who value engaging with community residents and ensuring their safe transportation needs are met. The position requires a dependable individual who can deliver prompt, courteous services while maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness. The Valet/Driver will be responsible primarily for the safe transportation of residents or guests to and from scheduled trips across the community, ensuring all services are delivered timely and professionally. This position acts as a vital link between our community and its residents, emphasizing exceptional customer service and a high degree of responsibility for vehicle safety and maintenance. The Valet/Driver will also assist with parking and retrieving vehicles, requiring mechanical knowledge to spot and report vehicle maintenance needs such as oil changes or battery checks. An emphasis is placed on adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, along with internal company policies to ensure the safety of both drivers and passengers. In addition to these core functions, the Valet/Driver will contribute to the community’s overall environment by engaging positively with residents, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and ensuring punctual attendance at work and meetings. This role requires excellent hospitality skills and the ability to operate vehicles safely and economically under varying conditions. Experience in driving seniors is preferred, along with a clean driving record and the ability to communicate effectively in English. The position demands physical activity suitable for the role, including walking, sitting, and standing, with occasional exposure to varying environmental conditions and communicable diseases.
