The General Manager serves as the ultimate decision-maker for their restaurant and is responsible for facilitating communication between field leadership and restaurant teams while upholding the company’s culture and values. The position requires a commitment to operational excellence, including hands-on management of daily restaurant activities, understanding of every job function, and driving high standards for food quality, customer service, safety, and store appearance. This role is full-time with an expected 50-hour work week and requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the operational needs of the business. Compensation ranges from $19.50 to $26.25 per hour, dependent on experience and availability.   • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma
  • Two years of restaurant experience with lead experience
  • Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English
  • Must maintain current Health Card as per local regulations
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must pass criminal background check including motor vehicle record
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification course and exam
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
