In addition to operational management, the Dispatcher/Scheduler is responsible for preparing and managing employee schedules on the Celayix platform, making necessary adjustments to align with flight schedules and requests. This requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The role demands an individual capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, able to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism.
Effective communication is a cornerstone of this position. The Dispatcher/Scheduler must maintain open and continuous communication channels with team members and clients, ensuring everyone is well-informed about schedule changes, safety protocols, and operational updates.
