The Front-of-House (FOH) Manager role at 30hop centers on leading and managing the FOH team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Reporting to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, the FOH Manager is responsible for coordinating pre-shift rallies, overseeing staff performance, and enforcing daily accountability standards to ensure top-tier service. This position requires hands-on involvement by working FOH shifts and actively supporting team members to exceed expectations in fast and friendly service. The FOH Manager is expected to be versatile and ready to perform various roles such as host, server, bar staff, or expo support when necessary. Strong leadership skills are essential to monitor team productivity, motivate employees, and uphold the restaurant’s core values and hospitality standards. The manager also plays a key role in maintaining the presentation and readiness of the FOH area, ensuring equipment and facility issues are promptly reported and addressed.
