As a Dishwasher/Utility team member, your responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining all restaurant areas to the highest sanitary standards, washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and glassware. You will also be responsible for operating dishwashing equipment safely and correctly and managing waste disposal for the kitchen and other parts of the restaurant. The role goes beyond basic cleaning duties, as you will support cooks with food prep tasks and assist in making Red Lobster's signature "Cheddar Bay Biscuits" alongside other duties as assigned. Success in this role depends on your ability to work well in a team environment, maintain focus on both customers and coworkers, and adhere strictly to cleanliness and safety protocols. The physical demands of this job require candidates to be eligible to work in the United States, meet minimum age requirements, and demonstrate the ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds. You should also be able to stand for shifts lasting between 8 and 12 hours and excel at multitasking within a fast-paced team-oriented setting.
