The position available is for a Dishwasher at Zion's Bank Stadium, with a pay rate of $16.00 hourly. This role is an integral part of the kitchen team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards essential to safe food handling and service. The Dishwasher position reports directly to the culinary management team and plays a key role in supporting kitchen operations by ensuring all dishes, pots, pans, trays, utensils, and work areas are clean, sanitized, and organized. Responsibilities include scrapping and rinsing food from dishes, washing items either manually or with dishwashing machines, polishing silverware, and performing routine cleaning of kitchen surfaces and equipment. This position also requires adherence to safety and sanitation protocols and active participation in maintaining overall kitchen hygiene by sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, and managing supply transfers.
