We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Dishwashers at various property locations. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards critical to the successful operation of our hotel kitchens and dining areas. The Dishwasher will be responsible for washing all types of wares, including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, either by hand or using commercial dishwashing equipment. In addition to cleaning duties, the Dishwasher will ensure that all clean items are properly stored, stock necessary areas with dishes and utensils, and assist with general kitchen maintenance tasks such as cleaning hood vents, fryers, and grease traps. This role also involves helping prepare various foods as needed and adhering strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines as established by the company as well as local and state regulations. • Previous experience in a kitchen or housekeeping environment preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
