The role of Dishwasher at Tao Group Hospitality is vital in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all service and kitchen wares to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction. This position requires attention to detail, quick responsiveness, and excellent teamwork skills to support the smooth operations of the kitchen and venue. The dishwasher is responsible not only for cleaning dishes but also for assisting in maintaining overall venue cleanliness, proper storage and removal of garbage and soiled linens, and the upkeep of dish stations and kitchen equipment. Working under the guidance of supervisors, the dishwasher plays an integral part in promoting gracious hospitality by communicating effectively and supporting fellow team members. The dishwasher position is hourly paid at $22 per hour and involves working in a dynamic environment that includes restaurants, bars, lounges, nightclubs, casinos, and other hospitality venues. Candidates must be physically capable of meeting the demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in variable noise and crowd conditions. The role offers hands-on training in Tao Group Hospitality’s unique in-venue dishwasher procedures and presents an opportunity to build a career in a globally recognized hospitality brand. The dishwasher is expected to demonstrate a positive and professional attitude at all times, participate in daily meetings, training sessions, and comply with all sanitation and safety standards, including those set by the Department of Health. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous porter and/or dishwasher experience preferred
• Ability to write and verbally communicate
• Ability to move quickly and stand for extended periods
