This is a full-time position with an hourly pay range of $20.00 to $23.00 and work hours scheduled from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The role demands a dedicated individual capable of maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Key responsibilities include washing pots, pans, dishes, maintaining floors, assisting with general cleaning duties, and handling storage areas and equipment. Additionally, the role may require training and participation in food preparation assistance, contributing fundamentally to the smooth operation of food service. Beyond routine dishwasher duties, this position calls for someone with a passion for customer service, a positive attitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. The successful candidate will work closely alongside chefs, managers, and catering staff, supporting them in event setups and culinary operations. The job requires compliance with HACCP practices, successful management of time constraints during peak operations, and adherence to ISS’s safety policies and ethics. Physically, the role involves standing for extended periods, lifting at least 25 pounds, and performing cleaning tasks thoroughly to uphold high hygiene standards.
