Flynn Group entered the Panera system in 2015 with the acquisition of 47 cafes. Since then, the company has significantly expanded, more than tripling in size to become the second largest Panera franchisee globally. Flynn Group continues its impressive growth trajectory by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators, solidifying its strong presence in the restaurant industry. As a diversified restaurant operator, Flynn Group owns and manages a portfolio of iconic brands, including Applebee's, Arby's, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's, and Planet Fitness. Founded in 1999 by Greg Flynn, the company has evolved into the largest franchise operator worldwide, dedicated to premier brand operation and driven by core values: Care Genuinely for People, Play like a Champion, and Win as One.
Flynn Panera operates under a decentralized business model where each geographic region is led by a Market Leader. Area Directors, who manage multiple units, oversee groups of cafes and report to these Market Leaders. General Managers, reporting to Area Directors, serve as chief managers responsible for running individual clinics, while Assistant Managers support daily management and departmental operations. Team Managers complete the leadership team, ensuring quality performance across cafes.
The role available is for a Manager at Flynn Panera, a position that plays a critical role in upholding Panera Bread's reputation as an upscale, friendly cafe offering artisan baked breads, pastries, soups, salads, sandwiches, and specialty espresso beverages. The environment is unique in the industry with no fryers and no late-night shifts, fostering a hygiene-conscious, alcohol-free workplace.
