We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Dishwashers at Gelson's. This role is essential to the smooth daily operation of our kitchen department, ensuring that all kitchen dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are properly washed and sanitized in compliance with all sanitary measures. In addition to washing, Dishwashers at Gelson's are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area by following safety guidelines and managing cleaning supplies inventory. This position also involves assisting with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and arranging herbs and spices to support the hot foods and deli case teams. Dishwashers contribute by keeping our kitchen storage areas and coolers orderly and hygienic. Additionally, they may be asked to provide excellent customer service during occasional interactions with customers, reinforcing Gelson's commitment to hospitality and quality service. This role also includes general cleaning duties, trash removal in accordance with company procedures, and adherence to all relevant safety policies, store rules, and governmental regulations.
