The Patina Group, a division of Delaware North, is currently hiring full-time and part-time Dishwashers to join the team at Banners Kitchen and Tap in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness that directly impact guest experience, safety, and satisfaction. Dishwashers play an essential role in ensuring that all kitchenware, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and various cooking tools meet stringent sanitary requirements. As a Dishwasher at Banners Kitchen and Tap, you will use both manual cleaning methods and commercial dishwashers to sanitize all items efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include monitoring sanitizer levels in dish machines and pot sinks to comply with health standards, organizing and storing cleaned items properly to ensure easy accessibility for kitchen staff, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen workspace. The role also involves waste management tasks, such as removing trash from the dish room, transporting it to designated disposal areas, and cleaning garbage cans to uphold hygiene standards.
