The Dishwasher not only maintains a clean and organized dishwashing area but also supports kitchen staff by promptly providing clean equipment and utensils and assisting with food preparation tasks as assigned by the kitchen supervisors or chefs. Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or Executive Chef, the Dishwasher ensures operational smoothness by adhering to health and safety guidelines, including proper handling and sanitation procedures. They are also responsible for maintaining cleaning supplies and monitoring equipment functionality to support uninterrupted kitchen workflows. This role requires a hands-on approach involving the operation of dishwashing machines and hand washing of cookware, maintaining waste disposal systems, and contributing to overall kitchen cleanliness through tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and cleaning kitchen appliances and surfaces. Additionally, the Dishwasher is expected to be proactive in assisting team members, supporting guests and members with exemplary service, and upholding Invited's standards for professionalism and excellence. The position demands physical stamina and the ability to work in varying environmental conditions while performing a variety of physical tasks, including lifting heavy items and climbing. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen support role preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
• Capability to work in varying temperatures and environments
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
