We are currently seeking a Server to join our team in one of our senior living communities. This role is crucial as it directly impacts the daily dining experience of our residents. The Server will play a key role in ensuring residents enjoy their meals in a friendly and timely manner while maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. This position requires a genuine interest in working with seniors, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule. The kitchen closes at 7 pm, and candidates should be able to work every weekend, with every other weekend required. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking meal and drink orders, serving residents and guests, maintaining knowledge of menu specials and food items, and upholding cleanliness and safety standards in the dining area. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a server or customer service role preferred
• Must be able to work every weekend with every other weekend required
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings until 7 pm
