  • Minimum of 2 years of hotel sales leadership experience
  • BT sales expertise is highly preferred
  • Marriott hotel sales experience is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of travel industry, current market trends and economic factors

  • Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team
  • Experience with forecasting and budget management
  • Ability to conduct persuasive sales presentations
  • Comfortable with travel as required
