The role offered is a Leadership Position as Director of Sales, Marketing, and Catering, crafted for a highly energetic and experienced individual ready to spearhead the sales strategies and marketing initiatives of this hotel. This full-time role comes with a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $140,000 annually, reflecting the importance of this leadership position within the organization. The chosen candidate will be entrusted with guiding the sales staff, ensuring a competitive position in the market through innovative sales and marketing campaigns, and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities extend to crafting detailed forecasts and budgets, leading training and development efforts for the department, and directly engaging with clients, which may require travel.                 - One year as a hotel Director of Sales and Marketing or three years as a Sales Manager at a hotel
 - Local/In-Market sales experience required
 - Ability to travel locally and out of state as needed
 - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
 - Proven prospecting, sales and closing skills
 - Marriott brand experience highly preferred
 - Knowledge of the business travel segment highly preferred
