In partnership with the Executive Director and leadership team, the Director of Sales develops and implements marketing strategies, conducts competitive market analysis, and leverages CRM technologies to optimize outreach and conversion efforts. Building and maintaining professional referral networks is another essential function, ensuring ongoing sources of new resident referrals. Collaboration with clinical and operational partners is crucial to ensure that the move-in process is seamless and assures a positive transition for new residents.
Success in this role is measured by key performance indicators such as sales conversion rates, net operating income contribution, and overall community occupancy performance. The Director of Sales will actively monitor these metrics through sales reports and CRM data, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed organizational goals. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred
- minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or related industry
