The role of Director of Outlets is a critical leadership position within Highgate's hospitality operation, specifically located at The Elser Hotel & Residences in downtown Miami. The Elser is a luxurious 49-story condominium hotel that offers 646 fully furnished rooms and residences, complemented by more than 19,000 square feet of amenities and 5,000 square feet of prime retail space. Named after the historic Elser Pier, the property continues Miami's tradition of offering elegant accommodations with stunning waterfront views. As Director of Outlets, the incumbent is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage (F&B) outlet operations with a strong focus on maintaining profitability, product quality, and exceptional service standards. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies, maintaining tight control over revenue and payroll budgets, and fostering a motivated workforce to reduce employee turnover. The Director of Outlets will also ensure alignment with Highgate’s operational standards and commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences. • At least 4 years of progressive experience in hotel or related field
• Or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience

• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques, health department, and liquor regulations
• Willingness to work long hours
