Located at Hilton St Louis at the Ballpark in St Louis, Missouri, AAA Parking is looking to expand its team with a dedicated Valet Attendant to enhance guest experiences at this prominent hotel property. The Valet Attendant role is integral to providing a seamless and memorable arrival and departure for guests. This position offers a unique opportunity to make extra money, meet new people, and represent the AAA Parking brand with a warm and polished demeanor. Valet attendants serve as the first and last point of contact for guests, greeting them, assisting with their vehicles, and answering any inquiries about hotel services or local attractions. This role requires a strong commitment to excellent customer service and the ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the physical stamina to manage the responsibilities involved, including vehicle handling and maintaining a professional appearance. As part of the duties, attendants will be responsible for greeting guests, opening doors, assisting with luggage and coats, and providing comprehensive information about hotel facilities and nearby attractions. They must handle vehicles carefully by completing damage checks, parking cars promptly, and securing keys efficiently. Attention to safety and security protocols is paramount, along with the ability to work collaboratively with hotel staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations during peak times or special events. The role demands a flexible schedule based on business needs and requires standing for the entire shift with the capability to lift or carry items as specified. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and pass background checks successfully. • Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements including lifting/pushing/pulling up to 20 pounds and carrying up to 10 pounds
