The role of Director of Operations is pivotal within our company, overseeing the management of daily operations across a district of 12-13 restaurants. This position includes direct management of a District Manager who supervises an additional 6-7 restaurants, collectively ensuring the optimal performance and growth of all establishments within the district. As Director of Operations, you will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth through strategic customer service improvements, rigorous human resource management, and operational excellence. By mentoring employees and cultivating talent within the organization, you will enhance team capabilities and promote a culture of development and achievement.
This leadership role entails implementing and maintaining high standards in food safety, quality, service, and cleanliness, creating an atmosphere where every customer experience is consistently positive and memorable. You will conduct regular restaurant visits and audits, enforce compliance with company policies, and lead corrective actions when necessary to uphold our brand and operational integrity. Your expertise will extend into financial management, including budget oversight, profit and loss analysis, and strategic planning initiatives to bolster market success.
The Director of Operations also plays a critical role in workforce management, ensuring proper staffing levels and diverse hiring practices. You will oversee recruitment, retention, and performance management processes, delivering effective training and development programs to build a resilient management team. By fostering strong relationships with district managers and restaurant leaders, you will inspire continuous operational improvements and elevate overall customer satisfaction metrics.

- multi-unit restaurant management experience or equivalent education and experience
- ability to learn and apply standard operating procedures
