• High school diploma or equivalent
• experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• ability to follow individual support plans
• competency in basic computer use
• valid driver's license and access to an insured and operational vehicle
• willingness to work blended shifts including weekends
• ability to work effectively in a team environment
