In this role, Direct Support Staff will assist residents with daily living activities such as cooking, personal hygiene, and dressing, supporting them to achieve greater autonomy and confidence. The position requires meticulous documentation through shift notes to ensure consistent communication and quality care.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to follow individual support plans
- competency in basic computer use
- valid driver's license and access to an insured and operational vehicle
