The responsibilities of the Cashier/Food Service Worker include operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, assisting the chef with food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in the coffee and cashier stations. This position plays a key role in supporting the food service operations by preparing various foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts, as well as catering orders when required.
