This full-time Custodian position is located at Dallas Fort Worth Airport in Dallas, TX, and operates on the first shift. The custodian role is crucial in maintaining the health, safety, and sanitation standards of the buildings and facilities under Diverse Facility Solutions' care. The position requires performing a variety of custodial duties, minor maintenance tasks, and other miscellaneous responsibilities to ensure that the environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all occupants and visitors. The custodian will be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of multiple locations within the airport, making flexibility and adaptability important traits. Aside from routine cleaning tasks such as collecting trash, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and mopping floors, the custodian will also take on responsibilities including restocking restroom supplies, washing and disinfecting bathroom facilities, and cleaning windows and surfaces. The custodian will use various cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and will be expected to wear personal protective equipment at all times.
