The company values its employees and believes that the professional growth and well-being of the team directly contribute to the quality of life for everyone in the community. With a focus on respect, kindness, and community-oriented service, Town Village offers a workplace that is more than just a job; it's a family where each member plays an integral role in supporting resident wellness and connection. The role of the Sous Chef at Town Village is a pivotal position within the dining services team, responsible for preparing wholesome, nutritious, and visually appealing food served at appropriate temperatures to residents. In this position, the Sous Chef acts as a leader in the kitchen environment by maintaining high standards for quality, consistency, and cost control. The role demands excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks, from ordering inventory to scheduling staff shifts. Working in a community-focused atmosphere, the Sous Chef plays a role in resident events and themed dinners, further enhancing the dining experience and community bonds. With a strong emphasis on food safety, team collaboration, and resident satisfaction, this opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about culinary arts and senior care. Town Village provides a comprehensive benefits package that supports the health, financial security, and personal development of its employees. Full-time benefits include paid time off and holiday pay to maintain a healthy work-life balance, daily pay options for financial flexibility, health and dental insurance, 401K retirement plans with discretionary employer matching, life insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and an employee assistance program to offer resources for personal challenges.
