The role of Senior Food Supervisor at SodexoMagic, located within Wayne State University, offers a full-time employment opportunity with a competitive pay rate of $26.00 per hour. This position is critical in maintaining the quality and efficiency of food service operations, including fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining, and cafes. As a Senior Food Supervisor, you will act as a key liaison between management and service employees, coordinating daily work activities to ensure smooth operations. This role demands excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to enhancing customer satisfaction, safety, and employee training. You will support management by overseeing essential functions and personnel, fostering a safe working environment, and assisting with orientation and training of new team members. The Senior Food Supervisor is also responsible for addressing customer feedback and ensuring service excellence. This position requires a dedicated individual who can adapt to varying work shifts and demonstrate reliability and team-oriented behavior.
