The role of VP/Broker II, National Marine, Logistics at Aon is a pivotal position based in Chicago, Houston, Miami, New York City, or San Francisco, offered as a full-time hybrid opportunity. This role focuses on marine logistics and insurance brokerage where the incumbent will serve as a trusted advisor to high-level clients by broking, designing, selling, and servicing complex accounts. The position commands a salary range of $135,000 to $170,000 annually, with eligibility to participate in Aon's annual incentive bonus plans.
This role encompasses marketing new and renewal business, managing all aspects of insurance placements from initial market selection through policy delivery. It will require building and maintaining thorough knowledge of logistics liability and shipper’s interest insurance markets, products, and services. The individual will be expected to develop productive relationships with key insurance underwriters and local office teams while identifying and analyzing client exposures. The role is highly collaborative, coordinating with internal units to meet client needs and delivering presentations during RFPs and client meetings. It also includes planning and managing large client projects and programs, often interacting with senior executives across multiple company divisions.
