The Sales Lead role at RNDC is a proactive position focused on advancing sales and securing business growth within an assigned territory. This role serves as a vital link between RNDC and its customers by providing dedicated service to existing sales accounts while strategically promoting incremental business opportunities. As a Sales Lead, you will act as the voice of the customer, representing their needs and preferences to ensure an optimal product and service experience. The role requires frequent visits to accounts to deliver outstanding service, maximize revenue potential, and educate customers about products tailored to their requirements. You will be involved in developing and executing individualized sales plans that align with customer goals and geographic considerations, enabling effective outreach and relationship-building. Additionally, you will leverage informed and consultative selling techniques to identify and close gaps in product distribution, introduce new products, and support customers’ business strategies.
Beyond sales, the Sales Lead may engage in merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and building displays in the absence of a dedicated support representative.
