The Shuttle Driver role at Towne Park embodies this mission by being the face of the company’s service to guests. This position involves transporting guests safely and efficiently to and from locations approved by management, such as hotels, hospitals, casinos, and nearby attractions. Shuttle Drivers play a crucial role in guest satisfaction by providing friendly, courteous service and assistance with luggage. They must possess deep knowledge of the local area, including property outlets, amenities, meeting rooms, key attractions, and parking information, to ensure smooth and informative guest experiences. Safety is paramount; Shuttle Drivers operate vehicles seating up to eight people while maintaining strict safety standards including vehicle inspections and adherence to driving policies. This role also requires respecting guest confidentiality in compliance with HIPPA regulations and handling special equipment like wheelchair lifts when necessary, providing assistance within defined limits. The position requires a minimum age of 21, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, ability to pass background and drug screens, and completion of specialized training such as wheelchair safety. The work schedule may vary with shifts including early mornings on Sundays and other times during the week. Compensation is competitive with an hourly base pay of $15 plus tips between $4 and $6 per hour.
