The Valet driver role at SP+ involves more than just parking vehicles. It requires an individual who can deliver exceptional customer experiences by attentively addressing client needs, proactively communicating, and maintaining safe vehicle handling practices. Drivers are responsible for thoroughly inspecting vehicles before parking to note any conditions, assisting customers by explaining valet rates, and ensuring compliance with traffic laws at all times. Additional duties include reporting any incidents, hazards, or policy violations to management, acquiring knowledge of local streets and landmarks to facilitate smooth transportation experiences, and adhering to strict uniform and punctuality standards throughout shifts. Flexibility to work special shifts such as evenings or weekends is also valued to meet customer demand.
