The Restaurant Manager role within Limelight Hotels carries a pivotal responsibility in ensuring the smooth regulation and financial profitability of the food and beverage operations. Reporting directly to the Director of Outlets & Beverage, this position demands a hands-on approach to managing daily restaurant activities, including employee coaching and training, scheduling, payroll and administrative duties, as well as direct guest interaction to maintain high service standards. The Restaurant Manager is expected to create a positive atmosphere while upholding all operational standards, including compliance with health, safety, and hygiene policies. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $68,000 to $70,000 depending on experience and is eligible for bonuses tied to performance and budget adherence.
