We are currently seeking a courteous and service-oriented Bell Attendant to join The Seagate team. This role is integral in creating a welcoming first impression for every guest, as the Bell Attendant assists with luggage, messages, packages, and various guest needs throughout their stay. The ideal candidate embodies the hotel’s dedication to luxury hospitality by ensuring every guest experiences seamless and memorable service from the moment they arrive until their departure.
This position requires a candidate with a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and the ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members. The Bell Attendant must maintain professionalism at all times, delivering assistance with warmth and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing luggage carts, providing clear guidance about hotel services and local attractions, escorting guests to their rooms, and handling guests’ requests with discretion and care. The role also involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and luggage storage areas and adhering strictly to safety and emergency protocols.
This is a dynamic role requiring flexibility in work hours, including availability for weekends, nights, and holidays. The Bell Attendant must be physically able to stand, walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds to meet the physical demands of the position. Exceptional communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are crucial to succeed in this position.
