The role of Delivery Driver (Non CDL) is a critical position within D3 Glass's North Carolina operations. This full-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour with opportunities for paid overtime. The Delivery Driver will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering glass products promptly and safely within a 200-mile radius from the Charlotte warehouse. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with hours that may vary, allowing for flexibility based on business needs. In this role, the Delivery Driver works collaboratively with the Warehouse Manager to coordinate delivery logistics and maintain clear communication throughout the delivery process. Responsibilities include loading and unloading glass panels carefully to prevent damage, verifying the accuracy of delivery orders to avoid errors, and following the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries. The driver must adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company policies, demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude at all times. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, as the Delivery Driver will be the face of the company to customers and must address any concerns promptly and courteously.
