This role involves operating a 20-24 foot box truck to transport products while upholding JASPER’s high standards of customer service. The position features a schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week with no weekend work, although overnight shifts are required twice every four to five weeks. This schedule offers a solid work-life balance while enabling drivers to meet their professional responsibilities. The role requires a detail-oriented, energetic, and motivated individual who adheres strictly to Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations. Daily tasks include loading and unloading cargo, conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, and maintaining a clean and professional appearance both for the driver and the vehicle. Drivers also assist with branch warehouse support, further engaging with the company’s operational systems. Starting at a competitive wage of $19.00 per hour, the position offers multiple performance reviews and potential wage increases within the first two years, supporting career advancement. • Must be able to obtain the required licensure/endorsement to drive 20-24 foot box truck, including a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move products using a pallet jack and/or forklift
