We are currently looking to hire Sommelier professionals to join the RPM Italian team. The Sommelier role is essential to enhancing the guest dining experience by expertly managing the wine program. Certified Sommeliers at RPM Italian are responsible for ordering, selling, and serving wines while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking ability, and a passion for wine culture. Candidates must be comfortable working varied shifts, including weekends, and maintaining a calm demeanor in a busy, high-pressure environment. Sommeliers contribute to wine menu development, staff education, inventory security, and wine-related events. With a strong emphasis on teamwork, professionalism, and compliance with all company policies, this role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their careers in a dynamic, creative, and supportive restaurant environment.                 - High school diploma or equivalent
 - current Sommelier certification
 - prior experience serving or selling wine in a restaurant setting
 - ability to work varied shifts including weekends
 - physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
 - excellent verbal and written communication skills
 - ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
 - ability to handle busy, noisy, and stressful work environments
 - compliance with alcohol awareness training
