This is a physically demanding role requiring the ability to stand for long periods, move rapidly, and lift objects up to approximately 55 pounds. The pay rate for this role is $23.37 per hour, or no less than the local minimum wage, with actual starting rates varying based on location, previous experience, qualifications, and relevant collective bargaining agreements. Employees in this role must possess strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills and demonstrate competence in managing people and administrative tasks such as planning, scheduling, reporting, and making hiring and disciplinary decisions.
